Your privacy, in plain language.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. The quote form asks for your name, email, and optionally your phone number, company, budget and project details. The free SEO check asks for your website address and email.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or review your website. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it goes

Your submission is sent to our team by email and kept in a record on our web server so it can't be lost if email fails. When you run the free SEO check, our server visits the public homepage of the website you entered to run the basic checks.

Our contact page shows a Google Map, which loads content from Google. Fonts are served from our own website.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, email support@gramfy.com or write to Gramfy IT Services Pvt Ltd, 4th Floor, Rospa Tower, Main Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001.
